The larger drum will accommodate 1/4 mile of Poly easily with no spill-over, or a full 1/2 mile of Poly, just keep the tension on the line when spooling up the wire! The twin hook feature ensures your reel hangs straight and your wire doesn’t get tangled as you string it. We’ve made the drum 2 inches wider on the Mega reel, but kept the standard size reel weight making it just as easy to handle. You can hang a 1/2 mile of wire at a time. Paired with our polybraid wire you’ll have a reliable fence up in no time (Polybraid sold separately).
